PAM BEALL IS A ROCK STAR! We were faced with selling a house in Tennessee while living in Florida. Pam made sure that the distance and absence was never a problem. She was always available and responded in a very timely fashion. She has established great working relationships with all the entities required to sell a house. She offered fantastic advice on what expenses to pay to make the home ready for sale, found quality contractors at competitive prices, then stayed on top of the contractors, buyers agent(s) and us to get the home ready to sell in a very short time. Her pricing recommendation was spot-on, we received multiple competitive offers, and we were very happy with the ultimate sale price. I would gladly stake my reputation on Pam Beall. Six stars!
